Order Processing
As each object is artisanal and often made to order, please allow 3–5 business days for our studio to prepare your shipment. During peak seasonal periods, processing may take up to 7 business days.
Domestic & International Delivery
- Domestic (India): 5–7 business days via carbon-neutral ground shipping.
- International: 10–14 business days depending on destination and customs processing.
- Expedited: Options available at checkout for urgent home transformations.
Estimated Shipping Fees
Standard domestic shipping is typically ₹250. International rates start at ₹1,500 and are calculated based on weight and region at checkout. We offer complimentary domestic shipping on orders over ₹5,000.
Returns & Exchanges
Eligibility
Items must be in original condition and packaging. Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery. Please note that custom 3D-printed designs and clearance items are non-returnable.
Procedure
To start a return, email us at support@printedlife.test with your order number. Once approved, we will provide a return shipping label. Exchanges are processed once the original item is received.
Refunds
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item. Credits will be applied to your original method of payment. Shipping costs for returns may be deducted from your total.
